See the crown jewels of Atlanta's architectural skyline.
The complete tour goes by many of Atlanta's premier designs such as the High Museum of Art by Richard Meier; Bank of America Plaza by Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo and Associates; I.M. Pei's distinctive design in the northern suburbs; two designs by Philip Johnson and John Burgee; three buildings by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill plus many other stimulating edifices. Local favorites include works by Atlanta's greatest classicists architects: Neel Reid and Philip Shutze. More recent buildings by John Portman and the city's other leading contemporary architects are also included. The evolution from the city's Art Deco and Classic Revival buildings to the more recent Modern and Postmodern designs provides interesting architectural history and excellent viewing. Three to four hours with extensions for lunch or museums available. Extensions from five to eight hours with lunch and tour-related stops.
